1. Introduction Welcome to Tallpro (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our digital platform located at https://tallpro.lt (the “Site”) and the software solutions, security monitoring tools, and digital services provided therein (collectively, the “Services”).

By purchasing a subscription, downloading our digital products, or registering for an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Nature of Services Tallpro provides digital security solutions, including but not limited to:

  • Real-time system monitoring and reporting.

  • Security vulnerability alerts and notifications.

  • Digital asset management tools for B2B clients.

3. Account Registration and Security To access our Services, you must register for a client account.

  • Credentials: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and API keys.

  • Authorized Use: Accounts are for use by authorized personnel only.

  • Mandatory Notifications: You agree that Tallpro acts as a critical monitoring service. Therefore, you agree to receive immediate email notifications regarding system status, security breaches, login attempts, and service outages. These are not marketing emails but essential components of the Service.

4. Subscriptions and Digital Delivery

  • Digital Delivery: All products and services are delivered electronically. No physical goods will be shipped.

  • Subscriptions: Services are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected at checkout.

  • Access: Access to the software is granted immediately upon successful payment verification.

5. Acceptable Use Policy You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Conduct any illegal activity or support malicious attacks.

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the software.

  • Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Services or the data contained therein.

  • Send unsolicited spam or violate anti-spam laws using our platform.

6. Payment and Refunds

  • All prices are listed in EUR.

  • Payments are processed securely via third-party providers.

  • Due to the nature of digital goods and instant access, refunds are generally not provided unless required by Lithuanian law or in cases of proven technical failure of the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability Tallpro provides the Services “as is.” We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Tallpro shall not be liable for any data loss, profit loss, or security incidents resulting from the use or inability to use our platform.

8. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes regarding these digital services shall be resolved in the courts of Lithuania.
